Mark and Rudy return to a conversation about relationships with a specific focus on effective communication.

Rudy tells a fascinating parable of Timmy who changes the way he interacts and communicates with others based on his own perception of the world. Timmy learns that perceptions based on fear are not true and lead to negative experiences.

Communication is so fundamental to our society and culture but so much interaction between people is based on fear based beliefs. Most people struggle to truly express themselves in the presence of others due to their own perceptions of themselves and this leads to the breakdown of human connection through effective communication.

Rudy is certainly passionate about the topic of this podcast – finding your true Passions and Desires.

Although Core Truth has briefly discussed this topic in the past, this episode gives a better understanding of how to distinguish your innate passions and desires from impulses based on fear (in the absence of unconditional love).

The message is clear….everyone is unique and valid. We each have differences, different passions and desires, and that is what makes the world interesting and exciting. It is important to understand that your intuitive drives towards your personal passions and desires will lead you toward your highest level of fulfillment and satisfaction in this physical life existence.

This is part 3 in our series on relationships. We focus on people who have trouble finding a partner and are lonely in their lives because they can’t find intimate relationships. Being lonely often affects all aspects of a person’s life and not just their romantic partner because they are unable to connect with others in a wider context.

Rudy explains the origin of this issue which lies within the individual who is feeling lonely. Unintentionally, we each create our own loneliness and understanding how this happens within you creates an awareness that is the first step towards changing. By changing what you believe about yourself it will change the way that you interact with the world and how you then experience events and this is the only way to find a path out of loneliness.

This episode is the second in our series about relationships. We explore the topic of conflict in relationships and discuss why often relationships start with love at first sight and eventually end in conflict. Rudy explains how the very reasons why two people fall in love are likely to be the causes of conflict within that relationship due to the influence of fear based belief systems.

How can true romance be found? Of course the answer lies within an understanding that we create our own reality and that we have the power to change and resolve our individual issues and problems, by removing our negative beliefs based on fear.
